A maximum of nine participants meet regularly over a long period of time for group lessons. The syllabus is agreed upon together with the client before classes begin. This determines the course focus. In this way, All on board can offer, for example, Business English with various topical focuses.  Additionally, we can offer our clients relevant topics for your business such as IT and Technology or Hotel and Tourism, which will be dealt with in detail in the course.

1-1 Coaching focuses completely on the individual needs of the student. The content and format of the lessons, as well as the frequency, are based on these needs. With this extremely flexible format, you can achieve a maximum learning result in a short period of time.

The “Clinic” offers your employees the opportunity to speak directly with an instructor from All on board. “The Doctor is in” means that the language instructor can focus on your “trouble spots” on a 1-1 basis. Special situations such as “Conference Calls” can be practiced or presentations in foreign languages can be polished. The “Clinic” is usually offered outside of the normal lesson times and allows each “patient” a maximum of 30 minutes for the consultation.

In “Shadowing”, the instructor accompanies the language learner throughout the work day. All situations in which a foreign language is used are observed and discussed: Language instruction doesn’t get any more practical than this!

The time and place of our language instruction depends on the wishes of our clients. All on board offers a high degree of flexibility here as well.

Course Times

The course times for the language lessons offered by All on board are determined together with the customer before the course begins. All on board permits courses to take place in the evenings as well as on the weekends.

Location of Lessons

The lessons offered by All on board take place on your own premises. This minimizes eliminates the time factor involved for travel to and from the lessons.
